See every artist's day side by side. Stop a double booking before it's saved. Fill a cancellation from your waitlist. Send each studio request to the artist who should do it.
The team calendar puts every booth on one screen. Day view gives each artist a lane, with the hours down the side. Week and Month show the same sittings across more days.
Tap a face to see one artist. Rafa has nothing booked today, so he stays in the filter with a 0. The strip above the floor counts today's sittings and who's on the floor. The grid holds only booths, the roster and appointments. Google Calendar busy time blocks each artist's own calendar, and conventions and guest spots live on Roster › Coverage.

Clashes, days off and Google Calendar
Clash
A clash is one artist booked twice at once, and the clash check stops it. At noon the front desk picks 12:00 for a walk-in, Jess T., with Owen, while Ray S. is still in his half sleeve. Before it's saved, the booking says it overlaps Ray S., and Book waits.
If a clash ever reaches the calendar, Resolve fixes it in one tap. Move booth hands the sitting to another artist, with anyone busy greyed out. Push time moves it later and keeps the length. Jess goes to 1:00.
On the shared Guest booth, any two sittings that overlap clash. Cancellations and no-shows never count.

Cancellations go to the waitlist
Maya's 1:00 client cancels at 8 AM. That's three hours of booth time gone unless someone takes it.
Your Assistant drafts an offer to the closest waitlist matches. Maya checks it and sends it. Each match gets a text. The first claim books automatically once paid. Theo M. pays a $20 deposit, and the sitting is back on Maya's lane.

Who gets which booking
Requests made on your studio page land in one Request queue. You pick how they get handed out, and you can switch whenever the shop needs it.
Front desk assigns
Staff route each request to an artist. Who looks closest lists artists who can take the work first: in the shop, or a guest whose dates haven't ended. Then it compares the request with each artist's specialties, and a tie goes to fewer open requests. It's a suggestion, not a decision.

Open claim
Artists claim requests for themselves. A claimed request moves to that artist's own Requests inbox, and the rest of the crew sees it's taken.
Team chat has a Requests channel. Every new studio request posts there the moment it lands: who it's from, the piece, the placement and size, and a link to open it in the queue. Its hand-offs follow in the same thread, whether it's assigned, claimed, released or still waiting. No email or phone number ever shows in chat.
Only people who can already see this request in the queue see it here.
One notice per hand-off
The artist gets an email when a request is routed to them. Once, not every time someone looks at it.
The owner can always reassign
An artist on the front desk can only route work that's unassigned or already theirs.
Paperwork never blocks routing
Licences and certificates are tracked on the roster. A missing one doesn't stop a hand-off.
Every hand-off is on record
The request's history says who routed it, who claimed it and who sent it back to the queue.
A request made to one artist, on their own page, never enters the studio queue. Amara K. booked Nina from crew.ink/ninavos, so only Nina sees it. A studio request keeps where it came from after it's routed.
