How much does it cost?
The Free plan is $0 a month, for good. Plus is $39 a month and Pro is $99 a month. Every plan has every feature — plans only change the booking fee, the merch share and support. See pricing.
What's the catch?
One booking fee on each card payment for a tattoo: 9.9% on Free, 4.5% on Plus, 3.5% on Pro. Your client pays it by default, and it covers card processing — no processing line, no surcharge, no hidden fees.
How do clients book through CREW.INK?
Clients use your public booking page to send the details that matter: service, placement, references, schedule needs, and contact info. You can review requests before they turn into confirmed appointments.
Can I approve requests manually?
Yes. CREW.INK is built around artist control. You can review the request, message the client, adjust details, and confirm only when the appointment makes sense.
How and when do I get paid?
Card payments land in your bank account the next business day. Payouts go out once a day, so payments from Friday, Saturday and Sunday arrive together on Monday.
Is my client data safe?
Accounts sign in securely, and each workspace only sees its own clients. Card details never touch our servers — they go straight to our PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor.
