Is the Free plan a trial?

No. Free is $0 a month, for good. Your clients pay a 9.9% booking fee on each card payment, and it covers card processing.

Who pays the booking fee?

Your client, by default — it's added at checkout and shown before they pay. You can switch to splitting it 50/50 or paying it yourself in your payment settings.

Is there a card processing fee on top?

No. The booking fee covers card processing. There's no processing line, no surcharge and no hidden fee.

Is there a minimum fee?

Yes, $2.50 per card payment. It only matters on small payments: a $20 deposit on Free carries a $2.50 fee instead of $1.98.

Is the balance charged too?

Yes. The same fee applies to every card payment for the tattoo — the deposit, the balance, a full payment up front and walk-ins.

Are tips charged?

Never. Tips skip the fee and go 100% to you.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Move between Free, Plus and Pro anytime from your dashboard. The new fee applies to the next payment.

Do Studios pay extra?

No. Making a Studio is free, and the plans and fees work the same.
